Job summary

• Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions or counseling.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures and security practices.
• Analyze sales trends, profitability and inventory to meet in-stock targets.
