Job summary

EBR Systems, Inc. seeks a Training Program Manager to own training operations, governance, and documentation across the WiSE System program.

You will drive process improvement, administer the LMS, and standardize certification and competency tracking to ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment. Ideal candidates bring clinical or technical CRM exposure and have a proven track record in curriculum development, vendor management, and scalable learning platforms to support field and physician

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field (or equivalent clinical experience).
• Minimum 8 years in medical devices training operations or related function.
• Experience developing training curricula, certification pathways, onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on LMS administration experience and course-building.
• Experience creating multi-format training content and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own training processes, documentation standards, and competency management for the WiSE System program.
• Administer the LMS and other training systems, including course development and reporting.
• Manage training budget, calendar, and vendor relationships for field and physician training.
• Coordinate physician education, proctoring programs, and hands‑on labs with KOLs.
• Design and enhance training materials, curricula, and certification pathways.
• Track training metrics, completion rates, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding and certification for new field personnel and sales reps.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, regulatory, and quality teams to align training with launches.
