EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Manager to deliver clinical and technical training for the WiSE System across the US, with some international travel.

You will lead live and remote sessions, develop curricula, and certify new personnel, ensuring safe adoption and compliance with FDA guidelines. The role requires deep CRM/EP device knowledge, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to collaborate across clinical, regulatory, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field (or equivalent clinical experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP).
• Strong background supporting implantable device procedures, specifically those requiring surgical techniques such as EV ICD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Comprehensive Training Programs: Lead live and remote training sessions with expert knowledge of the WiSE System therapy.
• Develop Training Strategies & Materials: Design and enhance training materials, curriculum, and certification pathways.
• Train & Certify New Personnel: Oversee onboarding and skills assessments for Field Clinical Specialists and sales reps.
