Job summary

EBR Systems, Inc. seeks a Training Program Manager to own the training operations for the WiSE System program, standardizing processes, certification pathways, and documentation across field and physician education.

You will manage LMS administration, vendor relationships, budgeting, and program logistics, collaborating with clinical, regulatory, and quality teams to deliver credible, audit‑ready training and scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, in training operations, program/process management, or a related function.
• Experience developing training curricula, certification pathways, and onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on experience administering or building courses within an LMS.
• Experience developing training content across multiple formats (e‑learning, video, live/virtual sessions) and managing training documentation for audit readiness.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated training materials, documentation requirements, and quality-system practices.
• Strong project/program management, organizational, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Training Process Improvement & Documentation Standards: standardize training and competency-management processes.
• Administer Training Systems & LMS: LMS administration, course building, enrollment tracking, reporting.
• Manage Training Vendor & Program Operations: manage budget, calendar, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate Physician Education & Proctoring Program Logistics: schedule and document physician training and proctoring.
• Develop & Maintain Training Materials and Certification Pathways: design and enhance curricula and pathways.
• Track & Report Training Effectiveness: maintain metrics and analyses for improvements.
• Oversee Certification Administration for New Personnel: onboarding and certifying new staff.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with clinical, marketing, sales, regulatory, and quality teams.
