EBR Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Training Manager to deliver clinical and technical training, coach soft skills, and develop educational programs aligned with the global training strategy.

This role supports US operations with frequent travel and acts as a SME for implant protocols and treatment pathways. You will lead live and remote sessions, design curricula, certify personnel, and collaborate with clinical, marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field (or equivalent clinical experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, CRM and/or EP.
• Experience with implantable device procedures and training development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for internal and external audiences with expert technical knowledge of WiSE System therapy.
• Develop and update training materials, curricula, and certification pathways.
• Train and certify new personnel including Field Clinical Specialists and sales representatives.
• Conduct high-impact physician and field training through a mix of in-person, virtual, and structured sessions.
• Provide expert clinical and procedural support during WiSE System implants and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and new product launches are integrated into training.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback.
