EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field & Physician Training to oversee the global training strategy for the WiSE System.

The role leads clinical and technical programs, aligns content with standards, and mentors field teams. Expect travel to support US business and occasional international travel. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with clinical, marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate messaging and successful product launches while maintaining FDA-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in the medical device industry, CRM/EP focus.
• Experience with implantable cardiac devices and training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive live and remote training programs for field staff and physicians.
• Develop and enhance training materials, curricula, and certification pathways.
• Oversee onboarding and competency assessments for new personnel.
• Lead high-quality physician and field training with procedural support.
• Provide SME guidance on implants, follow-ups, and clinical investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with product launches.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
