EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead end-to-end clinical programs for the WiSE System. You will partner with the Head of Clinical Affairs, manage sites, budgets, and CROs, and build dashboards to track progress and data quality.

The role requires 7+ years in medical device clinical affairs, GCP knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership. Travel up to 30% and a focus on data-driven decision making are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in medical device clinical affairs or CRM.
• Experience running end-to-end clinical programs with site start-up and CRO/vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned clinical programs and budgets.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for leadership on enrollment and quality.
• Drive cross-functional teams to resolve program issues and ensure timelines.
• Prepare and submit periodic clinical study progress reports to the FDA.
• Manage site relationships with research sites, CROs, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop SOPs and training to standardize clinical conduct and data quality.
