• Experience developing training programs and coaching employees.
• Familiarity with orientation and on-boarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial and recurring training of employees to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Lead Orientation and On-boarding of new team members.
• Communicate with the Operations Director, HR and Leadership team.
• Develop and revise training plans based on business needs.
• Track employee development with monthly evaluations for leadership.
• Ensure understanding of policies and key positions in front and back of the restaurant.
