Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial and recurring training of employees to achieve Operational Excellence.
• Lead Orientation and On-boarding of new team members.
• Communicate with the Operations Director, HR and Leadership team.
• Develop and revise training plans based on business needs.
• Track employee development with monthly evaluations for leadership.
• Ensure understanding of policies and key positions in front and back of the restaurant.

This Training Coordinator is a full-time position that offers a unique balance of training and restaurant operations.

While your primary focus will be developing Team Members, you will also spend time working in restaurant operations, leading by example, supporting daily business needs, and reinforcing Chick-fil-A's operational standards

• The Training Coordinator will oversee the initial and reoccurring training of employees in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work cultureThe Training Coordinator will lead Orientation and On-boarding processes
• The Training Coordinator is in constant communication with the Operations Director, HR and Leadership team.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
• Develops employees through a training program and coaching
• Works with the leadership team to develop the team while creating a positive work culture
• Works with the leadership team to revise training plan based on the needs of the business
• Completes recurring training with current employees for continual development
• Tracks and communicates employee development with monthly evaluations to the leadership team
• Completes certifications and have complete understanding of key positions in both the front and back of the restaurant.
• Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties.
