Job summary

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Training Operations Specialist to streamline training logistics and support, centralize learner services, and develop reliable reporting for leadership. The role focuses on automations, dashboards, and scalable processes to enhance trainer efficiency and learner experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, optimizing workflows, and maintaining documentation while ensuring data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Education, Communication or Learning Sciences.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• At least 1–2 years of training and/or development experience.
• Experience leveraging learning technologies, business process automation, and analytics tools in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Centralize training logistics and support processes.
• Improve accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in learner support.
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Design and implement automations to reduce manual work.
• Provide first-level LMS and virtual classroom support.
• Maintain documentation, standards and handoff practices.
• Lead continuous improvement across logistics and reporting.
