Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to function or equivalent experience with 5+ years in training operations.
• Experience supporting training operations, assessments, surveys, program evaluation, data analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with learning management systems, training databases, compliance audits, or program reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and records-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of instructional support, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire training lifecycle from nomination to completion, including registrations and records.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, administer, and evaluate enterprise training operations.
• Administer post-training assessments, examinations, and feedback surveys.
• Compile, interpret, and report assessment, survey, and training data.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain audit-ready records of attendance, completion, and certifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and materials on training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members on program and project implementation.
• Guide stakeholders through key decisions and coordinate activities across departments.
• Support learning management systems, training databases, and compliance audits.
