Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks an IT Senior Operations Specialist to join the core IT Operations team. You will support network infrastructure, desktop services, email, directory services, cloud services, information security, and training delivery for IT staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop IT support and 2+ years enterprise systems IT support.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, networking or related field.
• Knowledge of IP LAN/WAN routing, Directory Services and Group Policy, print services.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for IT helpdesk and operations staff.
• Monitor network availability and performance; coordinate with Core IT to resolve issues.
• Ensure strong security monitoring and protection of PCI/PHI data.
• Follow ITIL processes and Lean IT principles to improve operations.
• Support budgeting and KPI planning with IT Operations Manager.
