Job summary

NACA seeks a Training Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for its Training & Development Department. You will coordinate training logistics, maintain records, support onboarding, and prepare materials, ensuring programs run efficiently and accurately.

The role collaborates with directors, instructors, HR, and partners to enhance employee development and reporting. A strong learner with detail orientation excels here.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems or similar databases is preferred.
• Mortgage, housing counseling, financial services, or nonprofit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Coordination: schedule trainings, registrations, logistics, and onboarding.
• Training Administration: maintain records, LMS enrollments, and reporting.
• Program Support: assist curriculum updates and evaluations.
• Administrative Support: prepare reports, communications, and research.
