Ex is seeking a Training Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and administration of training programs supporting the Premium Audit organization. This role ensures staff receive consistent, effective, and timely training to meet operational, client, quality, and performance expectations.

The Training Manager will oversee new-hire training, new-client operational training, refresher and remedial training, training schedules, curriculum administration, trainer development, and training metrics.
