Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Premium Audit Learning Facilitator to design, deliver, and refine training for audit staff focusing on Workers Compensation and General Liability.

You will mentor trainees, update materials, and collaborate across units while upholding professional standards. Hybrid work within 50 miles of AmTrust offices is expected; salary range is $50,000 to $65,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in premium audit or related industry training role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Willing to be recorded during training meetings and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for audit staff.
• Develop and maintain materials and education resources.
• Establish and update departmental procedures as needed.
• Share skill sets with partners and business units.
• Support onboarding and training of new hire classes.
• Teach audit procedures per standards defined by regulatory bodies.
• Record trainee data using secure digital platforms and tools.
• Provide ongoing education based on needs and trends.
• Develop and score knowledge assessments for materials.
• Communicate updates to auditors and management.
• Recommend improvements to audit efficiency and processes.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Maintain training records and report results to stakeholders.
• Stay current with rules and trends; cross-train during peak periods.
