The Position: Territory Manager – Premium Audit
The Territory Manager leads premium audit operations across a defined region and serves as the primary connection point between clients, managers, and audit teams. This role focuses on driving operational success, strengthening client partnerships, and developing leadership talent within the team.
This is a hybrid role based out of your home office anywhere in the mainland U.S., with regular travel to meet with your team and key clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead premium audit operations within the region, including managers and premium auditors, to meet performance, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, engagement, and service excellence.
- Support the growth and development of managers and staff, including succession planning and mentoring.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and results.
- Ensure customer service expectations are met and continuously work to improve the client experience.
- Facilitate client onboarding, manage client expectations, and lead strategic customer conversations.
- Participate in client and team meetings, including regular travel for in-person engagement.

- Proficiency in using systems and tools to track and report on performance.
- In-depth knowledge of premium audit processes and industry best practices.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of premium audit experience, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving client satisfaction and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO PAAS TAP Certification.
- Progress toward or completion of the IIA APA certification is a plus.
