The role leads the Training Center, develops training for new projects, and coaches teams in adult learning and trainer development.

The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years in Learning & Development, with travel up to 20%. Strong English communication and ability to work across shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or plant operations roles (Supply, Production, CI, Training, HSE, Reliability/Maintenance).
• 3+ years in Learning and Development roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Education & Training pillar for TPM/MSE.
• Teach and coach on Adult Learning and Train the Trainer.
• Develop training for new plant projects and equipment rollouts.
• Maintain training records and compliance tracking.
• Manage on-site Training Center and AV/media resources.
