Qualifications

• High Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Indirect leadership for a production shift or area up to 13 associates (indirectly).
• Manage safe and efficient operation of all equipment and daily staffing to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate shift changes and ensure smooth production line use with minimal downtime.
• Provide on-the-job training covering safety, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Ensure all tasks follow Mars Safety and Quality rules and complete quality checks.
