• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manager capacity.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• Comfort presenting to a TX-wide audience without a script.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the Bloom's Mastery Learning habits a manager role can lean on for years.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Austin, TX operation.
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider LaunchPad Corp mission.
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch.
• Sense when an Austin relationship needs a call, not an email.
