Foundry (American Talent Labs) seeks an experienced operations leader to run a new trade school campus in Austin, TX, overseeing campus outcomes, student experience, employer relations, and budget. You will partner with instructors, build a culture of excellence, and own results from launch onward, including staffing, scheduling, purchasing, and day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time, onsite role emphasizing community ties and accountability.

Qualifications

• Permanent residence in Austin, Texas, or willingness to relocate there permanently for this full-time, onsite role.
• You are scrappy, resourceful and deeply detail-oriented, with evidence that you deliver results and follow through on the small things as well as the big ones.
• You build trust, communicate clearly and bring strong local employer and community relationships.
• Sound judgment about spending, priorities, accountability and when to ask for help.

Responsibilities

• Own campus performance from launch onward; set goals and drive corrective action.
• Work with instructors to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build relationships with local employers and coordinate opportunities.
• Monitor attendance and student progress; address issues early.
