Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Training Manager to lead development, implementation, and execution of training programs across United Airlines operations. This role partners with operational leaders to ensure knowledge, skills, and resources drive service excellence and compliance across multiple airport locations.

The role oversees onboarding, leadership development, and refresher training, with travel primarily within the assigned region to support new business launches and transitions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Training & Development, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of training, learning and development, hospitality operations, or leadership experience.
• Experience managing training in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence leaders, travel regularly within assigned regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for assigned United Airlines operations.
• Develop and implement annual and ongoing training strategies aligned with business goals, operational performance metrics, and client expectations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of orientation programs, operational procedures training, leadership development initiatives, refresher courses, and compliance‑related learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, performance metrics, audits, and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify training gaps and develop corrective action plans to improve employee performance and operational consistency.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands‑on field training as needed.
• Support new business launches, operational transitions, and implementation of company initiatives.
• Maintain training calendars and coordinate scheduling to ensure timely completion of all required programs.
