Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products in Albany, Oregon, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead rework processing with emphasis on safety, quality, throughput and cost. You will coach production personnel, enforce procedures, and ensure daily production flow meets plan while coordinating with welding, NDT and finishing teams.

Qualifications

• Lean or continuous improvement knowledge required.
• Pull production methodologies.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office) and ability to manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-injury culture through safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of wax/finishing/welding/QA processes and ensure throughput.
• Coordinate resources to meet plan throughput and improve metrics in safety, quality, output, and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, performance feedback and coaching to production teams.
