Job summary

STIHL is seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to deliver in-person and virtual instruction for its commercial teams, dealers, and channel partners. • Experience training on products or systems with hands-on components
• Familiarity with STIHL’s product categories or dealer networks
• Proven success in delivering high-impact instruction to adult learners
• Up to 25% travel by air
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for technical and commercial audiences
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and classroom technologies
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to suit diverse learner needs
• Basic proficiency with training software (PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Highly relational, strong interpersonal and coaching abilities
• Confident, energetic presence
