Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.
• Proficiency with Relias or similar platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
