This technical and strategic role blends database stewardship, advanced reporting, and learning design to ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) operates as a proactive, automated hub, a catalogue of e-learning assets, and a system of learning records.

The LMS Administrator is essential to Raleigh Parks to maintain accurate, auditable training records and ensure staff meet all safety, compliance, and professional development requirements. This role oversees the full lifecycle of training—both in-person and e-learning—within the SuccessFactors Learning system, ensuring courses are properly created, assigned, tracked, and reported. Employees depend on the LMS Administrator for timely compliance reports, roster management, and documentation required for regulatory and accreditation standards such as CAPRA.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; less than 1 year experience in software development lifecycle framework, business systems analysis, software consultation, or a related field
