Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC seeks a Training & Leadership Development Lead to design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching for Frederick County agencies in Maryland. The incumbent will mentor program managers and staff, engage executive leadership, and align training with county priorities, ensuring impactful leadership outcomes.

Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL and CSM certifications required or strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development and staff training programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, curriculum design, and adult learning expertise.

Description

This position supports Frederick County RFP #26-700 Business Analysis, Project and Talent Management Consulting Services, specifically within the Leadership/Staff Development, Training & Coaching service area. The role supports County personnel through the design and delivery of leadership development programs, staff training initiatives, coaching engagements, and workforce development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.
• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities.
• Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.
• Support succession planning and career development initiatives when included within task order requirements.
• Mentor and coach program managers, project managers, and staff on leadership best practices.
