Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver leadership development programs, staff training initiatives, and executive coaching for Frederick County. The role focuses on developing curricula aligned with county priorities and facilitating high-impact sessions for diverse departments.

You will mentor program and project managers, support succession and career development, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational development.

Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL and CSM certifications preferred.
• Leadership development and executive coaching expertise essential.
• Curriculum design, instructional development and training program management experience required.
• Classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and adult learning methodologies needed.
• Organizational development, mentoring and succession planning knowledge valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to engage executive leadership.

Description

This position supports Frederick County RFP #26-700 Business Analysis, Project and Talent Management Consulting Services, specifically within the Leadership/Staff Development, Training & Coaching service area. The role supports County personnel through the design and delivery of leadership development programs, staff training initiatives, coaching engagements, and workforce development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.
• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities.
• Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.

Background Investigation
