Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC seeks a Training & Leadership Development Lead to design and deliver leadership programs for Frederick County’s departments. You will build curricula, coach executives, and guide staff development initiatives, aligning with county priorities and workforce goals.

This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor program managers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience with staff training initiatives and coaching engagements.
• Ability to engage executive leadership and large organizational audiences.
• Strong curriculum design and instructional development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership training, staff development, and executive coaching programs for County departments.
• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with departmental development needs and County priorities.
• Facilitate team-building, group cohesion, strategic planning, and goal-setting sessions.
• Support succession planning and career development initiatives when included within task order requirements.
• Mentor and coach program managers, project managers, and staff on leadership best practices.
