Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for hourly manufacturing employees, with a focus on welders, tubers, electricians and insulators.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Production leadership to establish training strategies, maintain qualification programs, and drive governance to strengthen workforce capability and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
