Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, workforce development, technical training, skilled trades, or related field.
• Experience leading training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of welding, tubing, electrical, insulation, or other industrial manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience developing training curricula, qualification standards, certification programs, and skills matrices.
• Ability to influence leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for hourly manufacturing employees (Welders, Tubers, Electricians, Insulators).
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Production leadership to establish training strategies, qualification programs, and career progression pathways.
• Oversee training governance, monitor workforce competency, and manage training records and certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
