• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience developing training curricula, qualification standards, certification programs, and skills matrices.
• Ability to influence leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Hiring Salary Range

$85,200.00 - $127,800.00 USD Annual (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)This position includes a competitive benefits package.
