Job summary

Chick-fil-A University Place is seeking a Training Lead to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that prepare Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership development, skill building, and adherence to Chick-fil-A's brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will lead training sessions, coach teammates, collaborate with management to identify training needs, keep records, and grow the training team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
• Experience as a Training Lead or trainer preferred.
• Strong team leadership and development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for new team members.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with management to assess training needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and progress tracking.
• Lead the training team and ensure all trainers uphold Chick-fil-A standards.
• Develop and scout potential trainers within the team Member pool.
• Other responsibilities as required.

• Lead training sessions for new team members

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience
• Experience as a Training Lead, or a trainer is preferred
• Highly skilled in team leadership and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to make a positive impact on others
• Dynamic and enthusiastic about training and development
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
