Chick-fil-A Columbus invites motivated individuals to apply for a Leader in Training program. The role spans multiple levels from Shift Leader in Training to Director in Training, each owning a restaurant department including Human Resources, Training, Operations, Back of House and Hospitality.

Success requires experience leading teams—one year for shift leadership (10+ staff) and three years for director-level leadership (20+ staff).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivated and enthusiastic about leading a team.

Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Leader in Training

We are seeking candidates for leadership at different levels from a Shift Leader in Training to a Director in Training who owns a department of the restaurant. Departments include Human Resources, Training, Operations, Back of House, and Hospitality. Opportunity and pay will vary based on role and experience. To be considered for the Shift Leader in Training, we are looking for one year of experience managing 10+ people and for the Director in Training we are looking for 3 years experience managing 20+ people.
