Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and ability to lead by example.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Full-time commitment with a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and Saturdays to accommodate operational needs within a 40-hour-per-week schedule.
  • Previous training, coaching, teaching, or leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and embody theServe|Develop|Inspire values.
  • Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate training for Front of House and Back of House team members
  • Ensure training materials, pathways, and certifications are completed accurately and on time
  • Coach and encourage trainers and team leaders throughout the training process
  • Monitor training progress and provide feedback to leadership
  • Help maintain Chick-fil-A service and hospitality standards
  • Assist with scheduling and planning training sessions
  • Promote a positive, encouraging, and growth-focused work environment
