Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience on a software implementation or deployment project
  • Strong training and presentation skills, with experience in virtual instructor-led training.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to manage key phases of our Mpower project deployments. The successful candidate will focus on Asset/Inventory Readiness, Virtual instructor-led training, and support during and after go-live. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring that all assets and inventory are prepared, end-users are trained, and the project transitions smoothly from cutover to hyper care.

Key Responsibilities

Asset/Inventory Readiness Training:

  • Lead the Asset/Inventory Readiness training, ensuring all assets and inventory are properly aligned with system requirements.
  • Conduct assessments to verify that inventory data is accurately entered and categorized.
  • Provide guidance and address any issues related to asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions tailored for Clerks, Material Leads (ML), and Technicians within a maintenance organization.
  • Ensure that end users have a robust understanding of MPower software and are properly prepared for go-live.
  • Support and assist end users throughout training sessions.

Cutover/Blackout Week Preparation/Training:

  • Coordinate and lead training sessions and cutover/blackout week preparation activities.
  • Work closely with the deployment site's business unit to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in preparation for go-live.
  • Communicate cutover plans and blackout procedures to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are fully prepared.

Go-Live Support/Completion of Tasks (Week 1):

  • Provide remote support during the first week of go-live to ensure the successful completion of all critical tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to the project leadership team.
  • Lead the post-go-live support and hyper care phase, providing ongoing assistance to end-users as they adapt to the new system.
  • Monitor users’ system performance and user feedback, identifying and addressing any lingering issues.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from hyper care to steady-state operations, handing over to long-term support teams as necessary.

Compensation:

$28-30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the

applicable law of the worksite location.
