Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government Client. The role includes conducting both virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring participants gain the required knowledge to use a new construction management system.

You will facilitate large-scale organizational change across multiple locations, coordinate with program managers, and maintain engagement and attendance while supporting continuous improvement of training methods.

Qualifications

• US citizen is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for improving training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team to Government personnel and external stakeholders.
