Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors across multiple locations.

Applicants should have a strong classroom presence, software training experience, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change during CMP deployment. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel extensively as needed.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Answer participant questions with guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom engagement and track attendance/completion.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordinate with Training/Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Provide feedback for continuous training improvement.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and stakeholders.
