Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s new construction management system, including virtual and in-person sessions for staff, project managers, and external contractors.

You will use established lesson plans, track attendance, support change management, and participate in Train-the-Trainer activities across locations to ensure user adoption and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. Travel may be required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in software application training or enterprise system training preferred.
• Experience delivering software and business process training across large organizations.
• Proficiency using Teams and other virtual training platforms.
• Experience training Federal Government programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules.
