Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a federal government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction crews, leadership, and external contractors, ensuring participants gain the knowledge to use the new system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
Respond to questions and provide functional guidance during training.
Maintain classroom engagement and management.
Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
Track attendance and course completion metrics.
Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
