Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and engagement.
• Coordinate with managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support feedback collection and training effectiveness measures.
• Represent training team professionally with government and stakeholders.
