Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal client’s customized construction management system, both virtually and in person. You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure proficient use of the new system across multiple sites.

This role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience with software and business process training, and the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Strong classroom facilitation and software training experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
