Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for our Federal Government Client’s enhanced construction management system. You will conduct both virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel, ensuring users gain the knowledge and skills to deploy the new system across locations.

Requires strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Travel frequency depends on project duties and location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
