Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor‑led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system.

You will conduct both virtual and in‑person sessions for a range of personnel, ensuring participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills. The role requires strong classroom facilitation, change management support, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain engaging classroom management throughout sessions.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with government and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
