Red Hat is seeking a Training Experience Specialist for Iberia. You will foster strong relationships with customers who have Red Hat Training Services, create learning plans, and drive subscription renewals. You will manage leads and lead-generation campaigns and support resellers in daily activities and QBRs.

• Proactively engage with a high number of assigned customers to understand learning goals and create plans to maximize learning subscriptions and Training Units.
• Develop and execute a proactive renewal strategy for assigned accounts.
• Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can speak to success of their learning subscription.
• Analyze engagement and usage data to identify trends and opportunities; generate renewal metrics reports for stakeholders.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads through qualification, distribution, and follow-up in the sales funnel.
• Design, implement, and manage targeted upsell campaigns to existing customers to expand product usage and drive incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with product development to address customer feedback and enhance the learning subscription offering.
• Support local sales team to identify upsell opportunities and potential expansion of learning services.
