Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Madrid to be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ensuring an excellent service experience.

You will manage multi-channel inquiries, handle escalations, monitor cases, and maintain customer satisfaction in line with KPIs. After training, the role becomes hybrid with up to 50% remote work).

Qualifications

• Native/bilingual German required.
• English level B2-C1 required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office365 (PowerPoint and Excel basics).

Responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle complex and escalated cases requiring deeper understanding.
• Monitor open cases continuously until resolution.
• Identify when to escalate to higher-level or specialized teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain KPI targets.
