Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, administration, or related field experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and databases.
• Experience with LMS and learning technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for training attendees.
• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and program cost analysis.
• Administer learning technologies and training platforms.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports.
• Support training operations and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare training materials and assist with program logistics.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements across teams.
• Mentor and guide team members and partners as needed.
