Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Training Specialist to support a global technology leader’s Workforce Development Team in Boise, ID. This full-time contract position emphasizes training, documentation, and organizational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years writing technical documentation for new systems, and strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills. On-site, 40 hours weekly, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce Development Team with training and documentation systems, including training record maintenance and content management.
• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Edit, proofread, and format documents, maintaining organizational style standards and templates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Store documents in the appropriate repository, adhering to data management requirements.
• Administer and update training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Audit training assignments and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and system data.
• Ensure all processes meet high standards for detail, accuracy, and organizational best practices.
