Job summary

Bello Machre is seeking a Training Director to lead the organization’s training program and set priorities for staff development. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, high-quality, person-centered services and support for individuals served.

You will supervise training staff, align curricula with regulatory requirements, and monitor program effectiveness. Hours are Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Human Services, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in training or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bello Machre's training program and ensure effective delivery and administration of training that supports priorities, regulatory requirements, and client care.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and curricula based on regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
• Lead and manage training staff, assign responsibilities, provide guidance, monitor performance, and support staff development.
• Ensure training programs meet applicable DDA, COMAR, licensing, accreditation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee LMS and training records, ensuring accuracy and reporting.
