Job summary

InAlliance is seeking an experienced Community Training Program Director to oversee the Community Training Program (CTP), ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least five years in the field, with IDD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in human services, preferably IDD.
• Strong knowledge of service delivery systems, including regional centers.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Training Program (CTP).
• Develop, implement, and monitor program policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards.
• Develop program goals and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure that services are tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each person supported.
• Aid in the development of ISP based on participants’ needs and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate participant progress and outcomes.
• Develop and manage the program budget.
• Ensure financial sustainability of the program.
• Monitor expenditures and financial performance.
• Implement quality assurance and improvement processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure quality and effectiveness of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the program at community meetings and events.
• Serve as an active member of the organization’s leadership team.
