Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Training and Development Specialist in Atlanta, GA. The role combines developing training curricula, delivering instructor-led sessions (remote and on-site), and creating professional-level training videos.

You will partner with management to assess needs, design content, manage the LMS in WorkDay, and track training records. Expect travel 4–6 times yearly and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
• Greater than five years related working experience
• 2-4 years training experience. Delivering and developing training programs
• Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage company training initiatives by partnering with SMEs, line and executive management to identify needs.
• Develop and conduct training courses and capture training records in WorkDay.
• Deliver instructor-led training both remotely and on-site; create training videos and implement annual training plan.
• Coordinate LMS updates and administration in WorkDay, create sessions and events.
• Travel 4–6 times annually to provide advanced user training.
• Other duties as assigned.
